Before launching K Black & Co. in 2015, Kelly Black worked with several leading advertising agencies and digital design firms across the US, Canada, and Europe. Working with clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, energy & utilities, financial services, and health insurance, Kelly saw an opportunity to help these complex, regulated businesses navigate digital transformation simply and effectively. Kelly founded her consultancy practice with a mission to deliver relevant, intuitive, and exceptional customer experiences in a way that large advertising agencies could not. She focused on creating smart solutions in a more nimble and timely manner, keeping clients ahead of the curve and on top of rapidly shifting consumer expectations.

From working at traditional advertising agencies to opening her own consultancy in 2015, Kelly has worked with clients large and small for over 15 years. Her proven track record in leading high-impact initiatives has provided her with a reputation as an accomplished leader in the digital, data-driven world. Deciphering client needs and delivering effective solutions in a condensed time frame is Kelly’s sixth sense.
